CAD/CAM

Using CATIA V5 and advanced CAD/CAM SW we build process-safe CNC programmes for prototyping and serial production. Components of diverse dimensions and complexity can easily be programmed for a variety of 3-5-axis machines.
Our tasks include processing materials common to the aeronautic industry such as aluminium, steel or titanum alloys with the corresponding demands specific to the aeronautic industry.

The company performs dimensional inspection with a Zeiss Accura II bridge-type Coordinates Measurement Machine having a measurement range X=1200 mm Y=4200 mm Z=1000 mm. It provides outstanding performance with high accuracy and measuring speeds.
It is equipped with a RDS probe holder that allow to reach all angles via numerous single positions. The RDS articulating probe holder is particularly well-suited for measuring complex parts, where features require many styli with different spatial directions. The probe holder is supported by a VAST XXT that allows high-accuracy scanning.
The whole system is aided by CALYPSO software, an object-oriented, CAD-based measuring software. The flexibility of the software allows a series of extension tools for special jobs (eg, Calypso freeform surface or Calypso curve) that extend the application of the measurement and increase the precision of the results.
